Ready for the Ride

Our horses were waiting for us after breakfast and we headed up and out of the valley on this very quiet and peaceful trail. Theo, our next guide, drove us the 2 ½ hours to

Zulu Nyala Game Reserve. Nyala and warthogs wander by the pool just outside our door. Our first safari will be tomorrow morning.

For dinner, which was quite the spread, included rather chewy pieces of warthog. The host seated us with another couple from Denver who will also be going with the same guide tomorrow. These two hours zipped by.
